Intenta cambiando el servidor dns de cada conexion incluyendo las ethernet, entra a propiedades y podn dns fijas (las de google) 8.8.8.8  y   8.8.4.4., funciona ecasi el 100% de veces , puedes reforzar la conexion tambien configurando una IP fija.
